Story
Eight months remained until the Saiyans reached Earth Piccolo split his body into two and created an identical twin that he could fight against. Elsewhere, Son Gohan was followed by Saber Tiger he had tamed. He fashioned a handmade sand yacht to cross the desert. In transit, he was attacked by a Giant Eagle who blew him into a densely forested area. The sand yacht was never designed for this kind of terrain and went to pieces on a downhill incline ending in a sheer cliff face. Gohan had found the ocean.
Walking along the beach for several days, he came across his own tracks. Climbing a nearby mountain, he reached the peak and discovered that his training ground was actually an island. Feeling a longing for his mother, he fashioned a raft from the enclosing forest and left the Saber Tiger behind to set out to sea. That night, he encountered a terrible storm and was engulfed in a cluster of waterspouts.
