Warrior-type (戦士型, Senshi-gata) Namekians are described in the Dragon Ball: Daizenshū as those who are proficient in combat. They also have more muscularity than those of the Dragon Clan.

History
The first of these types seen are the three Namekians who challenge Freeza. Nail is the most powerful of this type alive during the Frieza Saga with a battle power of 42,000.[1] Battle powers of Warrior-type Namekians are estimated at between 1,000 and 42,000
Video games
In Dragon Ball Online, Namekians fled to Earth after their homeworld of New Planet Namek was attacked in 853 Age by Miira.
The Warrior (戦士, Senshi) is one of two starting classes for Namekians in Dragon Ball Online.
They are notably more similar to Piccolo (technically a member of the Dragon Clan) who they derive most of their techniques from rather than having techniques created on their own like the manga's original Warrior-type Namekians.
Master classes
Once reaching the required level of skill, a Warrior can choose one of two secondary classes: Shadow Knight or Dark Warrior.
Shadow Knight
The Shadow Knight sub-class are Warriors equipped with axe weapons.
Dark Warrior
The Dark Warrior sub-class are Warriors equipped with claw weapons.
Other video games
Two Warrior Namekians named Maiima and Tsumurii are playable in Dragon Ball Z: Super Saiya Densetsu.
Known members
- 3 unnamed Namekians who challenged Freeza and were part of Moori's village.
- 11 other unnamed Namekians in the other 5 villages, including 3 in Elder Tsuno's village, who appeared only the anime and look very much like the three Namekians who challenged Freeza. Those three Namekians were killed by Vegeta and have never been confirmed to have been revived.
- Nail – The only named Warrior-type Namekian. He was the most powerful of the group and guardian of Guru. He fused with Piccolo Jr. in order to fight against Freeza.
- Unnamed Namekian Warrior – Only appeared in Dragon Ball Z Movie 6, The Return of Cooler. He attacked one of Cooler's Cyclopian Guards only to fail, but was saved by Son Gohan.
Possible members
- Piccolo – Technically a member of the Dragon Clan, his Fusion with Nail officially gave him full Warrior-type Namekian powers. Therefore, he could be considered a hybrid version of the two castes.
