Tsuno

From Dragon Ball Encyclopedia, the ''Dragon Ball'' wiki

(Redirected from Elder Tsuno)

Tsuno (ツーノ, Tsūno; FUNimation "Elder Tsuno", Viz "Elder Caracol") is an Elder of a Namekian village and the brother of Cargot, Dende, Muri, and Nail.

Tsuno's Japanese name is a pun on the word Tsuno, or Horn in English.

Biography[edit]

Vegeta confronted and killed Tsuno on Planet Namek. He and the other Namekians in his village were the only Namekians on the planet who were not revived by the wish from Shen Long because the wish only revived those killed by Freeza and his henchmen. It is possible, however, that he was revived sometime after Muri updated the Namek Dragon Balls because in "Mighty Blast of Rage", Vegeta made it quite clear to the other Namekians that he had killed the Namekians from that village. The series makes no statement with regards to a resurrection of the Namekians from the village that Vegeta destroyed.

Tsuno's name was revealed only in a single line of dialogue in the Japanese dub shortly after the Namekians were transported to Planet Earth.
