Pilaf's Castle
From Dragon Ball Encyclopedia, the ''Dragon Ball'' wiki
Pilaf's Castle (ピラフじょう, Pirafu-jō; FUNimation "Pilaf's Castle"; Literally meaning "Pilaf Castle") is the home of Pilaf.
History
Dragon Ball
Pilaf's Castle was located in the Diablo Desert until it was turned into a pile of rubble by Son Goku when he looked at a full moon and became a Great Ape. The castle had been built by one of Pilaf's ancestors.
The first floor of the castle was a dark maze filled with many traps and could be viewed by Pilaf in his control room. The Pinball Room was filled with a giant pinball machine, a trap for intruders (this room was only seen in the anime filler episode "The Penalty is Pinball"). Pilaf also had his Throne Room where he ate and was visited by Mai and Shuu to report to him their failures. There was apparently only one bedroom that all three of them shared, as all three of their beds were in the same room.
The castle had a hangar where airplanes were launched and a weather control device above it for Pilaf to make a thunderstorm occur to shock Mai and Shuu after they had failed their mission. Pilaf even had a room with a tempered glass roof where he kept prisoners to die by the Sun's heat as he was going to do with the Dragon Ball Gang after they had ruined his wish. The castle was also protected by Shuu's Dog squad.
Dragon Ball GT
After the destruction of his castle, Pilaf had resorted to other bases he had inherited. For some unknown reason, however, Pilaf, Shuu, and Mai were seen near the castle's ruins in "Piccolo's Decision" when Goku came to take them to New Planet Plant before Planet Earth exploded.
Video games

Trivia
- Goku investigates Shin Pirafu-jō (新 ピラフ城, Shin Pirafu-jō) after the death of Kuririn at the hands of Tambourine in Dragon Ball: Daimaō Fukkatsu.
- Pilaf's Castle appears to have been rebuilt in Dragon Ball Z: Attack of the Saiyans. It is now located between Mount Five Element and Uranai Baba's Palace.
- Pilaf's Castle is not located in the Diablo Desert in Dragon Ball Z: Buu's Fury and is instead shown at a different location.
- A group of fighters are seen looking at Castle Pilaf, which is perfectly intact, in the opening for Dragon Ball Online. It could possibly be a time travel quest they were on, which would explain why Castle Pilaf is not destroyed.
