Mifan was a large empire ruled by Emperor Chiaotzu in Dragon Ball: Mystical Adventure. The Tenkaichi Tournament Stadium was located within Mifan.
Master Shen and Tao were working behind Chiaotzu's back to take over his kingdom with the Dragon Balls, but they were stopped by Son Goku.
